Descriere
- Direct the development and delivery of complex, high-profile events and live experience programmes
- Turn client objectives into compelling and deliverable event experiences
- Provide senior event guidance from project initiation through final delivery
- Define event objectives, experience principles, priorities and measures of success
- Oversee planning, logistics, guest experience, stakeholder needs, schedules and onsite delivery
- Lead onsite operations and serve as a senior decision-maker and escalation contact
- Manage project risks, dependencies and challenges across the delivery lifecycle
- Evaluate events after delivery and apply insights to improve future programmes
- Develop and sustain relationships with senior clients and stakeholders
- Lead senior client meetings, presentations, event reviews and decision-making forums
- Direct multidisciplinary event teams and coach Event Managers, Event Executives and other LEE colleagues
- Assist with resource planning and team design
- Own or support senior oversight of event budgets, costs and commercial results
- Lead or assist with supplier negotiations
- Bring event expertise to pitches, proposals and new business initiatives
- Develop repeatable event models and uncover additional commercial opportunities
Cerințe
- Substantial experience leading complex events, live experiences, experiential programmes or similar agency work
- Track record of managing large-scale or high-profile events from strategy and planning through onsite delivery
- Strong capability in senior client and stakeholder relationship management
- Thorough knowledge of event strategy, experience design, logistics and onsite execution
- Experience leading and developing multidisciplinary teams
- Sound commercial knowledge covering budgets, suppliers, scope and project profitability
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation abilities
- Strong judgement and problem-solving skills in high-pressure situations
- Ability to coordinate complex projects involving multiple stakeholders, workstreams and competing priorities
- Strategic outlook with strong commercial awareness
- Highly organised, composed and focused on practical solutions
- Able and willing to travel and work onsite when required
- Background in sports, F1, experiential or premium-brand environments is advantageous
