Descriere

  • Lead business analysis and project delivery for implementation engagements in collaboration with client teams.
  • Document client reporting obligations and existing EMIR and MiFIR reporting processes.
  • Trace reportable data attributes across multiple source systems and analyse how the data flows.
  • Map client data landscapes to reporting specifications, highlighting gaps, unclear definitions, and missing data sources.
  • Convert regulatory obligations into actionable data requirements based on practical EMIR and MiFIR operating models.
  • Manage engagement plans, dependencies, progress tracking, and delivery timelines.
  • Assess data quality and availability issues that could compromise reporting accuracy, then define remediation needs.
  • Facilitate working sessions with operations, technology, and compliance stakeholders to resolve mapping and interpretation questions.
  • Create mapping documentation, business requirements, and supporting analysis for client and internal stakeholders.
  • Assist with testing and validation of reporting outputs before go-live.
  • Contribute to analytical direction and take responsibility for leading or co-leading the engagement.

Cerințe

  • Practical business analysis experience in regulatory reporting within financial services, or with a sector-focused platform or vendor.
  • Strong knowledge of EMIR and MiFIR reporting data requirements and how financial firms implement them operationally.
  • Proven ability to map data by tracing reportable attributes through source systems to a target specification.
  • Experience delivering complex system implementations or migrations, such as order management, trading, risk, or other enterprise platforms.
  • Combined business analysis and project management skills, balancing detailed data work with schedule and delivery management.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret fragmented data environments and support conclusions with clear evidence.
  • Confidence working directly with senior stakeholders at institutional clients.
  • Experience with wider European regulatory reporting is advantageous.
  • Located within a European time zone with fluent written and spoken English.

Beneficii

  • Initial contract term of 12 months.
