Descriere

  • Publish daily content on Instagram and comparable social platforms
  • Expand the audience beyond the founder’s existing personal network
  • Create polished, personable captions and marketing copy
  • Generate content concepts that reflect the brand and founder’s direction
  • Manage Shopify product pages, collections, and inventory
  • Complete routine Shopify store updates independently
  • Update the website when needed, generally around once per quarter
  • Keep 1stDibs listings accurate, refined, and up to date
  • Understand how customers search and navigate 1stDibs
  • Optimize listings to strengthen marketplace visibility
  • Apply ChatGPT, Zapier, or comparable tools to streamline repetitive tasks
  • Build simple automations for recurring workflows
  • Track essential social media and website metrics
  • Assess performance and recommend practical next steps
  • Occasionally provide light assistance to another founder-owned business

Cerințe

  • Can independently manage a Shopify store, including product pages, inventory, and routine updates
  • Has experience publishing content and building a brand’s social media audience
  • Has used AI tools to streamline repetitive work; technical training is not required
  • Takes initiative and works effectively with limited supervision
  • Works comfortably in direct partnership with a solo founder
  • Writes clearly and can adapt closely to a brand’s voice
  • Is organized and dependable with recurring responsibilities
  • Maintains meticulous standards for luxury-brand presentation
  • Must select an English proficiency level from A1 through C1
  • Experience with jewelry, luxury, or e-commerce brands is preferred
  • Familiarity with marketplaces such as 1stDibs is preferred
  • Practical experience with automation tools such as Zapier is preferred
  • Content creation or foundational design and photography skills, including Canva or basic photo editing, are preferred
  • Comfort with basic social media and website analytics is preferred
