Digital Designer - Hybrid

Create high-volume digital campaign assets for pharmacy and retail brands across email, web, social media and advertising channels. The role covers production, testing, stakeholder review and delivery of multi-brand campaigns.

Descriere

  • Create and adapt high-volume digital campaign assets for email, websites, landing pages, social media, paid advertising and other online channels
  • Adapt creative across formats, brands and channels while maintaining accuracy, brand consistency and digital performance
  • Build and test responsive email campaigns in Mailchimp or comparable platforms, including links, imagery and content
  • Coordinate briefs, timelines, feedback and approvals through Workfront or similar workflow systems
  • Perform quality checks and basic HTML/CSS updates, escalating technical issues when necessary
  • Partner with Marketing, eCommerce, Brand and Trading teams to deliver campaigns to schedule
  • Guide digital assets through production, stakeholder review, quality assurance and final delivery

Cerințe

  • At least three years of experience in digital design, graphic design or digital production
  • Demonstrated digital design capability across email, web, social media and online advertising
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud
  • Practical experience using Figma, Canva and Mailchimp
  • Working knowledge of HTML/CSS, responsive design and digital asset optimisation
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong organisational skills
  • Ability to manage competing briefs and deadlines effectively
  • Clear communication and confident stakeholder management
  • Experience with Workfront, CMS platforms, digital asset libraries or multi-brand environments is advantageous
  • Retail, eCommerce or in-house design experience is highly regarded
  • Proactive, adaptable and focused on finding practical solutions
  • Eager to learn and take ownership of deliverables
  • A relevant design qualification is desirable
