Descriere

  • Run SQL queries to extract, filter, and aggregate data.
  • Analyze campaigns, studies, and projects, turning data into hypotheses, learnings, and opportunities.
  • Clean, model, and analyze complex datasets in Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Define, propose, and justify methodologies based on client briefs and time or budget constraints.
  • Analyze results and prepare strategic reports with business conclusions and recommendations.
  • Develop and present compelling narratives about results, their relevance, and potential actions.
  • Answer complex business questions from internal teams and clients.
  • Manage projects end to end, including timelines, priorities, and stakeholders.
  • Find creative solutions when data or tools are imperfect.

Cerințe

  • Working knowledge of SQL to independently extract data.
  • Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills, including pivot tables, modeling, data cleaning, and synthesis.
  • Strong research skills, including benchmarking and finding external sources.
  • Power BI, Metabase, or other data visualization tools are a plus.
  • Basic automation skills in Python or R are a plus.
  • Strong ownership, with the ability to define problems and bring forward solutions.
  • Able to work independently and make sound decisions.
  • Curious, adaptable, and committed to continuous learning.
  • Clear, consultative communication with a business focus.
  • Knowledge of the retail or FMCG landscape is highly valued.
  • Familiarity with KPIs such as product rotation, penetration, average basket size, and purchase frequency is highly valued.
