Descriere

  • Provide technical support for control systems and automated production equipment.
  • Troubleshoot installation, maintenance, and operating issues with production and packaging systems.
  • Coordinate with Operations, Technical Services, and internal or external partners on design and operating issues.
  • Use data analysis to support automation initiatives that improve operations and reduce costs.
  • Lead or assist structured problem-solving and root cause investigations.
  • Train colleagues, Operators, and Maintenance staff in control methods and processes.
  • Work with IT to ensure technical solutions meet company security practices and audit requirements.
  • Provide technical support to capital project teams.
  • Support startup activities, including Factory Acceptance Tests, Site Acceptance Tests, commissioning, qualification, and verification.
  • Create and maintain documentation, technical standards, and control system records.
  • Support change management and backup procedures for automation programs and files.
  • Advance continuous improvement efforts in safety, quality, reliability, and operational efficiency.

Cerințe

  • A bachelor's degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, or a related field is preferred.
  • At least 3–5 years of controls experience in manufacturing is required.
  • Experience in consumer packaged goods or food and beverage is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of electronics, controls, mechanical and electrical components used in food manufacturing machinery, and food production equipment safety standards is required.
  • Hands-on experience installing and repairing manufacturing and packaging equipment in a sanitary environment is required.
  • Knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma methods and tools is preferred.
  • Experience with a computerized maintenance management system is preferred; SAP Plant Maintenance knowledge is a plus.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving, leadership, and analytical abilities are required.
  • Experience creating, implementing, and monitoring manufacturing technical standards and procedures is required.
  • Microsoft Office proficiency is required.
  • Occasional flexibility to work alternate shifts and weekends may be required.
