Descriere
- Develop trusted client relationships to understand upcoming projects, contractor needs, and supply-chain challenges
- Engage contractors across the network by identifying opportunities and sustaining participation
- Pair client opportunities with suitable contractors, coordinate introductions, and support successful connections
- Increase contractor marketplace adoption by communicating its value, collecting user feedback, and identifying improvements
- Work with Account Management, Product, Marketing, and Business Development to expand the marketplace and improve the client and contractor experience
- Contribute to a scalable sourcing solution and help shape the service’s ongoing development
Cerințe
- Experience in sourcing, recruitment, business development, account management, contractor engagement, or relationship management
- Proven ability to build relationships and manage stakeholders effectively
- Confidence engaging with clients, contractors, and senior stakeholders
- Commercial awareness and the ability to identify mutually valuable opportunities
- Strong communication, presentation, and networking abilities
- Excellent organisation and time-management skills
- Strong reporting and data-analysis capabilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to manage competing priorities and work independently
- Experience in contractor, compliance, accreditation, workforce-management, or supply-chain environments is desirable
- Experience with online marketplaces, sourcing platforms, or talent platforms is desirable
- Experience analysing workforce, contractor, or market trends is desirable
- Familiarity with CRM, marketplace, or sourcing systems is desirable
- Experience working in KPI-led environments is desirable
- Experience engaging independent contractors or SME networks is desirable
