Contra and Local Partnerships Specialist
Execute contra and local community partnerships for Postmedia Solutions, a Canadian news media company. Coordinate advertising, sponsorships, ticketing, campaign assets, and contractual fulfillment.
Descriere
- Execute approved contra and Local Community Transaction partnerships
- Review agreements, approval forms, deliverables, schedules, and obligations with the Promotion and Sponsorship Manager
- Create contra and LCT accounts in HubSpot
- Record contra advertising and related commitments in HubSpot and Naviga
- Collect creative assets from sales representatives and partners
- Follow up on pending creative, campaign materials, event information, ticket needs, and activation requirements
- Administer tickets for sporting, corporate, charitable, and other events, including tables, seating, and hospitality assets
- Coordinate venue signage, event materials, partner recognition, and other activation details
- Monitor advertising delivery against contractual commitments and ensure accurate, timely fulfillment
- Produce updates and reports covering campaign delivery, creative, ticket usage, completed commitments, and outstanding obligations
- Identify fulfillment risks, delays, and gaps and help resolve them
- Keep records of partner deliverables, booked inventory, creative assets, ticket allocations, and fulfillment progress
- Coordinate transitions between Promotion and Sponsorship, Sales, Ad Operations, Finance, and other internal teams
- Develop local contra and LCT partnerships in smaller communities to reinforce local brand presence
- Build relationships with local businesses, community organizations, events, charities, and other relevant partners
Cerințe
- Bring 2–4 years of experience in partnerships, sponsorships, marketing, promotions, media, sales support, advertising operations, or a related area
- Be highly organized and detail-focused, with the ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholders
- Communicate clearly and follow up with partners and internal teams in a professional, persistent manner
- Work comfortably with contracts, deliverables, advertising schedules, creative deadlines, and fulfillment requirements
- Convert partnership agreements into practical execution plans and monitor progress through completion
- Have experience coordinating advertising campaigns, sponsorship activations, partner deliverables, event assets, or community partnerships
- Use CRM, advertising booking, or order management systems with confidence
- Experience with HubSpot and Naviga is an asset
- Work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
