Internship supporting Almond’s Operations leadership and the management of its cybersecurity activities. Contribute to roadmap planning, delivery oversight, governance, and staffing initiatives.
Descriere
- Support the Operations leadership team in coordinating and executing its activities
- Help shape and advance the Operations roadmap
- Provide daily operational support to the COO and Director of Services
- Improve roadmap quality through prioritization, structure, and performance tracking
- Lead selected cross-functional projects involving organization, processes, tools, and delivery
- Prepare workshops, define their scope, present outcomes, and track follow-up actions
- Create management updates and executive briefing materials
- Set up, structure, and facilitate Operations governance meetings
- Help the Delivery team organize and monitor project reviews
- Support staffing teams in developing solutions that meet operational requirements
- Help improve management practices, meeting routines, and operational tools
Cerințe
- Final-year engineering student or Master’s degree candidate
- Available for a six-month final-year internship
- Undertaking the internship with the possibility of subsequent permanent employment
- Interested in operations management, activity structuring, and cybersecurity
