- Meet business development targets.
- Use internal and external resources to identify and develop domestic transportation and cross-border transportation customer opportunities.
- Identify prospective customers and advance business opportunities.
- Build customer relationships through proactive and responsive proposals.
- Prepare timely proposals with high-quality, innovative solutions.
- Coordinate the business development process from start to finish.
- Develop relationships with customers and corporate stakeholders.
- Prepare business proposals.
- Oversee pricing and tender activities.
- Contribute to market analysis for segments of China’s transportation industry.
- Design and implement solutions in identified opportunity areas.
- Work with commercial, road operations, and road function teams across divisions.
- Engage with external clients.
Cerințe
- Demonstrated success in business development for contract logistics or transportation.
- Sound knowledge of trends in China’s logistics industry, particularly transportation.
- Experience with industrial accounts is preferred.
- Cross-border transportation experience is an advantage.
- Strong spoken and written communication in English and Chinese.
- Excellent interpersonal abilities.
- Strong data analysis skills.
