Support business process improvements, requirements gathering, testing, and operational reporting for Axos Bank’s digital financial services business. Prepare leadership materials and maintain documentation that helps teams implement effective process and system changes.
Descriere
- Collect and document requirements for new processes, enhancements, and system updates
- Help implement process updates while keeping workflows and supporting documentation accurate
- Review existing business processes to uncover opportunities for improvement
- Work with cross-functional teams to define requirements and deliver process changes
- Organize materials for recurring business communications and leadership meetings
- Develop reports, meeting materials, and recurring business review content
- Assist with testing, validation, and rollout of process and system changes
- Work with organizational stakeholders to clarify needs and align solutions with business objectives
- Maintain templates, documentation, and other resources supporting business management initiatives
Cerințe
- Associate degree or equivalent professional experience
- Typically 1–2 years of experience in business support, coordination, or a related field
- Basic understanding of business operations and the role of process documentation and support
- Strong analytical ability and a practical approach to breaking down problems
- Ability to collaborate effectively with people across different teams
- Sound judgment, careful attention to detail, and reliable decision-making
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proactive, results-oriented approach with integrity and an interest in solving problems
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Experience with process-mapping and data-analysis tools is preferred
- Must successfully complete credit, criminal background, and pre-employment drug screenings, including marijuana screening
