Descriere

  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports with Power BI and other visualization tools
  • Partner with business stakeholders to clarify reporting needs, KPIs, and objectives, then translate them into practical BI solutions
  • Support data preparation by cleansing, validating, and transforming data alongside data engineers and data scientists
  • Help develop and improve self-service reporting tools and dashboard capabilities
  • Monitor and resolve issues in existing dashboards and reports to maintain data accuracy and performance
  • Use business intelligence and visualization standards to produce clear, accessible, and effective reports
  • Track developments in BI tools, technologies, and visualization practices, recommending relevant enhancements
  • Assist with user training, knowledge-sharing sessions, and documentation for BI reports and dashboards

Cerințe

  • 2–3 years of experience in business intelligence, reporting, dashboard development, data analytics, or a related field
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Applied Mathematics, Statistics, Data Analytics, or a related discipline
  • Proficiency in Power BI for building dashboards and reports
  • Basic to intermediate SQL knowledge and experience working with structured data
  • Familiarity with data analysis, reporting, and KPI monitoring
  • Knowledge of data modeling concepts and ETL processes is advantageous
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with careful attention to detail
  • Clear communication and presentation skills, including the ability to explain insights to non-technical stakeholders
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and core data visualization principles
  • Understanding of visualization practices covering layout, color, storytelling, and user-focused design
  • Willingness to learn new technologies and collaborate across functional teams
