- Lead complex, multi-workstream AI programs from initial problem framing through development, deployment, and measurable results.
- Set team outcomes, plan the work, and shape roles so agents handle execution while people provide judgment.
- Set direction, develop practical roadmaps, and define production-ready outcomes.
- Lead product discovery with client teams and end users, setting release plans, success measures, and priorities.
- Guide solution architecture across models, cloud providers, and platforms, and recommend sound build, buy, or configure choices.
- Make decisions through ambiguity and keep work moving.
- Work with client stakeholders from the C-suite through delivery teams, managing relationships and developing partnerships.
- Develop proposals, define engagement scope, and guide commercial strategy.
- Expand client accounts based on results delivered.
- Translate successful engagements into case studies, thought leadership, and reusable intellectual property.
- Promote AI-first work practices by creating and using personal tools and workflows.

- At least 10 years of experience in consulting, agency, or custom solutions environments serving enterprise clients.
- Experience leading complex engagements and taking work from strategy through product delivery.
