Descriere

  • Oversee and optimize properties listed on Airbnb, Booking.com, and Abritel
  • Create and improve property listings, including photography, descriptions, and search visibility
  • Set dynamic prices to increase rental revenue
  • Handle bookings and guest support, including messages, check-ins, and dispute resolution
  • Coordinate cleaning and maintenance between guest stays
  • Find property owners seeking outsourced property management
  • Run your business through the ALB platform
  • Optionally recruit City Managers through the referral program and earn commissions on their activity

  • Able to persuade property owners and build trusting relationships
  • Experience in real estate, sales, or another field is welcome
