Description
- Oversee and optimize properties listed on Airbnb, Booking.com, and Abritel
- Create and improve property listings, including photography, descriptions, and search visibility
- Set dynamic prices to increase rental revenue
- Handle bookings and guest support, including messages, check-ins, and dispute resolution
- Coordinate cleaning and maintenance between guest stays
- Find property owners seeking outsourced property management
- Run your business through the ALB platform
- Optionally recruit City Managers through the referral program and earn commissions on their activity
Requirements
- Able to persuade property owners and build trusting relationships
- Experience in real estate, sales, or another field is welcome
- Strong motivation
- Willingness to work independently with support from an established network
- Interest in developing recurring, long-term income
