AI Solutions Architect, Pre-Sales — UK Remote
HiddenLayer is seeking a UK-based pre-sales architect to help enterprise clients address AI security challenges. The role focuses on designing, demonstrating, and deploying tailored AI security solutions.
Descriere
- Work with sales to understand client security challenges, goals, and infrastructure needs
- Lead technical discussions, product demonstrations, and presentations for prospective clients
- Design tailored AI security solutions grounded in cybersecurity principles, AI technologies, and industry practices
- Run proof-of-concept projects to assess solution effectiveness and feasibility
- Support clients before and after sales with troubleshooting, deployment, and integration
- Deliver training and workshops for clients and internal teams
- Share field feedback with product management, engineering, and research to inform product improvements and roadmaps
- Track AI security trends, new technologies, and competitors
Cerințe
- Experience in a pre-sales or post-sales solution architecture role
- Proficiency with Linux, including GNU tools and Bash
- Moderate to advanced cloud experience, including hands-on Infrastructure as Code (IaC) work
- Python programming experience
- Experience building advanced AI workflows with tools such as LangChain and LangGraph
- Experience with MLOps tools or environments
- Ability to explain technical concepts and value propositions to technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience delivering product demonstrations, proof of concepts (PoCs), and technical presentations
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Willingness to travel to client sites and industry events as needed
