Administrative Assistant, Finance (PwD) - FCamara | Sao Paulo Hybrid
Support FCamara’s finance team with administrative routines, financial records, and internal controls. This is a full-time hybrid role based in Sao Paulo, exclusively for Persons with Disabilities (PwD).
Descriere
- Support the department’s administrative and financial operations.
- Enter, verify, and maintain data in systems and spreadsheets.
- Assist with accounts payable and receivable, invoices, receipts, and other financial records.
- Organize and validate documents and information for financial close activities.
- Prepare and maintain departmental reports and tracking tools.
- Monitor pending items and help gather information from responsible departments.
- Help organize processes and strengthen internal controls.
- Handle administrative support activities for the Finance team.
Cerințe
- High school diploma.
- Currently pursuing Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or a related degree is preferred.
- Basic proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets.
- Strong organizational ability and careful attention to detail.
- Analytical approach with the ability to work with numbers and information.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn.
- Prior experience with administrative or financial processes is preferred.
