Manage rental invoicing, contracts, fixed assets, expenses, and accounting records for TRATON Financial Services. Support month-end close, reporting, audits, and tax advisors in Czechia.

Descriere

  • Maintain and review accounting records each day
  • Prepare and record rental invoices
  • Administer and account for the rental contract portfolio
  • Record related data in the accounting system
  • Gather documents and information for rental transactions
  • Maintain the fixed asset register and record associated transactions
  • Process travel expense claims and company payment card expenses
  • Review and process vehicle logbooks
  • Support monthly and year-end closing under the direction of the Chief Accountant
  • Prepare supplementary reports and statistics
  • Assist with external auditors and tax advisors

Cerințe

  • Secondary or university-level education in economics, accounting, or a related discipline
  • Basic understanding of double-entry bookkeeping and accounting fundamentals
  • At least three years of accounting experience or experience in a junior accounting role
  • Working knowledge of accounting documents such as incoming and outgoing invoices and bank statements
  • Experience handling travel expenses, company payment cards, or vehicle logbooks
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Diligent, dependable working style with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and responsibly, with an openness to learning
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills
  • Fluent Czech or Slovak
  • English proficiency at A2 level
  • Interest in financing, leasing, and contract administration
  • Experience in a financial or leasing company is an advantage
  • Experience with the Arbes accounting system is an advantage
  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA, particularly the FI/CO modules, is an advantage
  • Knowledge of the HFM reporting system is an advantage; a background check may be conducted.
