  • At least 8 years of software development experience, focused on frontend websites and shareable widgets.
  • Experience integrating REST and GraphQL services.
  • Experience working with large codebases and leading large projects.
  • Experience mentoring and influencing engineers across an organization.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience using generative AI tools to design, build, and release software.
  • Proficiency with JavaScript and TypeScript, React, Vue, Angular, Next.js, React Router, Redux, Node.js, and GraphQL.
  • Expertise in API integration and development.
  • Knowledge of complex software and distributed systems design.
  • Knowledge of design patterns, data structures, and algorithms.
  • Experience with debugging and production support.
  • Experience with Azure and Google Cloud Platform.
  • Experience with CI/CD and code management tools.
  • Knowledge of SDLC and Secure SDL frameworks.
  • Experience with telemetry.
  • Knowledge of risk and cost analysis, functional and non-functional requirements, user stories, coding practices, and quality, safety, and security standards.
  • Track record delivering large-scale software products in fast-paced environments.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or a related field, plus 4 years of software engineering or related experience; or 6 years of experience in software engineering or a related field.
  • Must comply with Walmart’s drug-free workplace policy.
