Apraksts

  • Support customer accounts in recovering savings through the CostCheck platform
  • Maintain regular customer communication to support satisfaction and progress toward savings goals
  • Coordinate with Customer Support Managers and Managed Services to share insights for customer calls
  • Track pharmacy savings performance in the platform
  • Share customer feedback to improve savings and outcomes
  • Work with internal teams to improve tools, processes, and the customer experience
  • Represent pharmacy customers internally, communicating their challenges and successes across the organization
  • Help hospitals achieve pharmacy savings and customer success while developing effective CostCheck engagement practices

Prasības

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, pharmacy, healthcare management, or a related discipline
  • At least three years of direct experience in hospital pharmacy purchasing, procurement, or pharmacy supply chain management
  • Familiarity with pharmacy cost savings programs, 340B requirements, and group purchasing organizations is preferred
  • Experience in customer engagement, account management, or implementation in healthcare or hospital systems
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships with hospital pharmacy and supply chain teams while delivering measurable value
  • Strong financial and data analysis skills, including assessing savings and identifying opportunities to optimize
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills for customer and internal audiences
  • Ability to manage priorities across multiple customer accounts with close attention to detail
  • Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) credentials are strongly preferred
