Prasības
- 2–3 years of experience in UX design, UI design, product design, or a similar role
- B2C digital or web product design experience is preferred
- Strong Figma skills, including Auto Layout, components, variants, and prototyping
- Good grasp of UX principles, UI design, responsive design, and accessibility fundamentals
- Familiarity with design systems and component-based design
- Basic knowledge of Agile delivery processes
- Ability to use product data, usability insights, and feedback to improve design outcomes
- Familiarity with HTML and CSS concepts is a plus; coding is not required
- Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
- Self-directed, detail-focused, curious, and keen to learn
- A portfolio showing UX/UI execution, considered design decisions, and product maturity
