Senior SRE and DevOps Engineer
Lead reliability and DevOps operations for PharmaForceIQ’s life sciences platform, running secure AWS and EKS infrastructure. Automate deployments, monitoring, incident response, and security workflows.

- Automate recurring tasks using Python, Bash, and APIs.
- Plan capacity, test resilience, and mentor engineers.
- Manage vulnerability workflows and coordinate VAPT remediation.
- Integrate SAST, DAST, dependency, container, infrastructure-as-code, and secret scanning.
- Support IAM reviews, key and certificate rotation, privileged access controls, audit logging, and compliance and risk reporting.

- Bring 10–12+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, cloud, platform, or production operations engineering.
- Have at least 3 years of experience in a senior or lead role.
- Demonstrate production ownership on AWS, including EC2, VPC, load balancers, S3, RDS, EMR, CloudWatch, and IAM.
- Bring deep hands-on experience with Git, Bitbucket, GitLab, Jenkins, and GitLab CI/CD.
- Have expert Docker and Kubernetes skills, including Amazon EKS clusters and workloads.
- Have hands-on experience with Splunk, Prometheus, Grafana, and Alertmanager.
- Have practical infrastructure-as-code experience with Terraform and Helm.
- Be skilled in Python and Bash automation.
- Understand Linux administration, TCP/IP, DNS, TLS, HTTP, load balancing, IAM, storage, and distributed systems.
- Have experience with incident management, root cause analysis, post-incident reviews, SLOs, capacity planning, and backup and recovery.
- Have experience managing vulnerabilities and VAPT findings and implementing security controls.
- Communicate clearly in writing and conversation.
- Make measured decisions under pressure while working with engineering, security, and business teams.
