Senior React Native Mobile Tech Lead
Lead development of Injective Labs’ React Native trading app for iOS and Android. Build real-time crypto trading features with TypeScript, gRPC, SSE, and WebSockets.

- Take ownership of Injective Labs’ new trading app and drive its development forward.
- Shape the React Native app’s architecture and maintain its scalability, performance, reliability, and long-term maintainability on iOS and Android.
- Partner with Product, Design, Backend Engineering, and full-stack engineers.
- Turn complex trading functionality into responsive, easy-to-use mobile experiences.
- Design APIs and integrations, and manage real-time data flows using gRPC, SSE, and WebSockets.
- Build complex, high-impact React Native and TypeScript features, often from the ground up.
- Establish and uphold engineering standards, patterns, and best practices.
- Lead mobile features from technical design and implementation through testing, App Store and Google Play releases, monitoring, and iteration.
- Diagnose and resolve complex production issues and improve app performance.
- Support other engineers with code reviews, design discussions, and pair programming.
Prasības
- At least 8 years of software engineering experience.
- 7–10 years of experience in mobile development.
- Experience building and releasing production mobile applications for iOS and Android.
- Current experience in crypto, blockchain, Web3, or DeFi, or a recent departure after an extended career in crypto.
- Professional experience with React Native, React, TypeScript, and JavaScript.
- Experience developing production mobile applications for crypto, blockchain, Web3, or DeFi.
- Experience publishing and maintaining apps in the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
- Experience building fintech or trading applications is a plus.
- Experience owning architecture and technical decisions for production mobile applications is a plus.
