Senior Probate Litigation Attorney - Texas Hybrid
Lead probate, estate planning, guardianship, and related family-law litigation in Texas. Represent clients in trials, hearings, mediations, and depositions with support from the firm.

- Manage complex litigation from client intake through final decree or judgment, including contested divorces, SAPCR matters, and protective orders
- Lead probate cases involving contested guardianships, will contests, trust disputes, and fiduciary-duty breaches
- Prepare comprehensive estate plans
- Serve as first chair in Texas trials, hearings, mediations, and depositions
- Shape litigation approaches and negotiation strategies for fast-moving dockets
- Deliver effective, compassionate representation to clients
- Manage a varied caseload across firm offices as needed
- Supervise assigned paralegals and support personnel
- Maintain accuracy in pleadings, discovery, and legal documents
- Concentrate on legal work without lead-generation, business-development, or invoice-collection duties
Prasības
- Active Texas State Bar membership with at least two years of licensure
- At least five years of focused experience in estate planning, probate, and guardianship litigation
- Demonstrated courtroom success
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation abilities
- Empathy and composure when handling highly emotional matters
- Working proficiency with Clio, TxDoc, Google Suite, and modern electronic filing systems
- Valid driver’s license
- Willingness to travel between firm offices
- English/Spanish bilingual ability is a strong advantage
