  • Guide colleagues in effective BI and data engineering practices.

Prasības

  • A bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, engineering, data science, or a related discipline; advanced BI or data engineering certifications are a plus.
  • At least seven years of experience in data engineering, BI architecture, or a related field, focused on enterprise solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of medallion architecture, dimensional modeling with star and snowflake schemas, and data warehousing practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to apply domain-driven design so data solutions reflect business domains and use terminology stakeholders understand.
  • Advanced Power BI, DAX, Power Query M, and SQL skills, with a record of delivering scalable BI solutions.
  • Strong programming ability in Python and Spark for data processing and analytics.
  • Experience with Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse Analytics, Microsoft Fabric, and other cloud technologies.
  • Ability to make complex data understandable and useful to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and effectiveness in a fast-moving work environment.
  • Clear communication and leadership skills, including collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
