Senior Manager, Financial Crimes Oversight Testing
Lead financial crimes oversight testing across Europe, covering anti-money laundering, anti-terrorist financing, and sanctions controls. Review risk-based testing, report findings, and coordinate coverage with the Canada team.

- Lead delivery of the Europe Financial Crimes Oversight Testing schedule.
- Review the Europe FCOT Team’s testing and challenge its work when needed.
- Identify risks, trends, recurring themes, and systemic weaknesses in financial crimes and operational controls.
- Report oversight testing results to management and escalate findings.
- Coordinate with the Canada FCOT team to provide timely, complete testing coverage.
- Set up and oversee monitoring of regulatory changes, enforcement actions, and industry standards and guidance.
- Help identify ways to improve the testing program and make it more efficient.
- Support strategic changes to the Financial Crimes Oversight Testing Program.
Prasības
- Bring strong experience in audit, testing, or assurance.
- Be skilled in improving and maintaining consistent, risk-based testing programs.
- Have strong interpersonal and analytical abilities.
- Know international laws and regulations covering AML, ATF, and sanctions, particularly in the UK and Europe.
- Have experience working with RBC’s major business segments.
- Additional language skills in German, French, Spanish, Dutch, Luxembourgish, or Italian are an asset.
- Adapt quickly to changing circumstances and priorities.
