Apraksts

  • Build and maintain native iOS applications and reusable components with modern Swift technologies
  • Support solution design, technical planning, estimation, and architecture discussions
  • Assess dependencies, risks, and opportunities to improve delivery and product quality
  • Review code and promote automated testing, secure coding, performance optimization, accessibility, and continuous improvement
  • Take ownership of features from design and development through release, production support, and maintenance
  • Partner with Product, Design, Architecture, Security, Quality Engineering, and Operations teams
  • Lead technical initiatives, mentor engineers, share knowledge, and provide technical guidance
  • Convert customer and business needs into maintainable technical solutions
  • Help shape architectural decisions and support software throughout the development lifecycle
  • Identify improvements and drive solutions for the Telstra Self Service App and other B2B customer applications

Prasības

  • At least 10 years of advanced iOS development experience with Swift, SwiftUI, UIKit, and modern Apple frameworks
  • Strong engineering judgment, with expertise in scalable architecture, reusable components, and mobile development best practices
  • Experience delivering secure, accessible, high-quality software through automated testing, CI/CD, and modern development workflows
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex production, performance, and reliability issues in high-availability environments
  • Experience using APIs, microservices, observability tools, and AI-assisted engineering capabilities such as GitHub Copilot
  • Demonstrated technical leadership, stakeholder influence, mentoring, and collaboration skills
  • Apple, cloud, security, accessibility, AI, or agile certifications are desirable
  • Android development experience and an interest in expanding these skills are desirable
  • Experience with iOS architecture evolution, modularization, design systems, accessibility, and application performance at scale is desirable
  • Experience in large-scale digital product environments involving multiple delivery teams and shared platforms is desirable
  • Basic understanding of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), common use cases, and the evolving AI market is desirable
  • Ability to create and configure AI agents and reusable skills for defined engineering or business use cases is desirable
  • Candidates identified for the role must complete a background check
