  • Partner with business stakeholders to clarify their goals, needs, and challenges.
  • Gather and document functional and technical requirements through interviews, workshops, and research.
  • Turn business needs into functional specifications, use cases, and user stories.
  • Record functional and non-functional requirements, business processes, and data models.
  • Work with teams across functions to deliver and integrate IT solutions.
  • Contribute to test case reviews, functional testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Check that delivered solutions satisfy business requirements.

Prasības

  • Bring strong banking-sector knowledge, including payments, accounting, and regulations.
  • Use SQL confidently to query databases, analyze results, and manipulate data.
  • Know Agile, Kanban, Scrum, Waterfall, and Lean, or have led change in matrixed teams using Agile or V-model methods.
  • Have a good grasp of project management approaches such as PMI, Scrum, or PRINCE2.
  • Be fluent in French and English.
  • Have at least five years of Business Analyst experience.
  • Hold a master’s degree or engineering degree in computer science.
  • ECBA, CCBA, or CBAP certification is an advantage.
  • Agile PSPO certification is a plus.
