Apraksts

  • Build scalable, high-performance applications that support browsing, search, and conversion for the Real Estate vertical.
  • Review teammates’ code to uphold engineering best practices, quality standards, and security.
  • Produce technical documentation, including design documents and postmortems.
  • Design and improve cloud-based architectures that handle substantial traffic volumes and sudden spikes.
  • Work closely with the team to define effective technical solutions.
  • Challenge assumptions constructively and resolve complex technical problems.
  • Guide the squad’s technical and business priorities toward valuable outcomes for users and the company.
  • Drive continuous improvement across squads while sustaining a medium- and long-term technical and product vision.

Prasības

  • Backend development experience with Node.js, Golang, or comparable languages.
  • Strong understanding of cloud architecture and cloud-based applications.
  • Experience building distributed systems and event-driven architectures.
  • Practical knowledge of relational SQL and non-relational NoSQL databases.
  • Experience delivering highly available, scalable, low-latency applications.
  • Experience with observability and monitoring for critical production systems.
  • Hands-on knowledge of Git, GitLab CI/CD, and Docker-based containerization.
  • Experience in e-commerce or large-scale classified platforms is preferred.
  • Familiarity with experimentation practices, A/B testing, and user-focused metrics such as Core Web Vitals, conversion rate, and load time is preferred.
  • Experience designing architectures for search optimization, recommendations, and high-volume data processing is preferred.
