Apraksts

  • Make the autonomous platform reliable enough to support autonomous actions.
  • Strengthen agent dispatch with circuit breakers, sound retry behavior, health-aware routing, and errors that surface failures.
  • Build a caching layer and event-streaming backbone.
  • Choose and implement an orchestration approach: keep the current setup, move to Kubernetes, or adopt an intermediate option.
  • Introduce infrastructure as code and improve deployment practices.
  • Refactor toward per-session isolation to support safe concurrent agent runs.
  • Set standards for service scaffolding, testing, CI, and platform observability.
  • Take rotating assignments with Systems and SRE teams.
  • Act as technical deputy and make decisions when the Chief Architect is unavailable.

Prasības

  • Bring a substantial record of shipping and hardening complex distributed systems as a hands-on senior engineer.
  • Have practical experience making a rapidly built system dependable in production, including idempotency, circuit breaking, backpressure, and observable degradation.
  • Work across Python and Java.
  • Be comfortable with backend services, data infrastructure, and deployment.
  • Apply sound judgment to orchestration and scaling, grounded in experience operating systems.
  • Production-scale Kubernetes, event streaming, and CI experience are useful but preferred.
