Apraksts

  • Oversee healthcare financial workflows from patient registration through payment
  • Coordinate improvement projects across billing, coding, patient access, and related departments
  • Create and maintain project plans, schedules, and deliverables
  • Monitor progress, surface bottlenecks, manage risks, and report status to leadership
  • Organize meetings, prepare agendas, record action items, schedule follow-ups, and track tasks
  • Review revenue cycle data to spot trends, problems, and opportunities to improve
  • Support the rollout of systems, workflows, and process improvements
  • Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and payer rules
  • Work with information technology, finance, and clinical teams
  • Keep project records and related documentation current
  • Follow Springfield Clinic incident reporting procedures
  • Deliver strong customer service and follow the clinic’s conduct and ethics standards
  • Carry out other assigned duties

Prasības

  • Bachelor’s degree, or at least two years of experience in a health-related field
  • Experience documenting processes and workflows is preferred
  • Project management experience is preferred
  • Attendance at job-related training classes or workshops is required
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • Ability to define problems, gather data, establish facts, and draw sound conclusions
  • Ability to present information clearly and respond to staff and management questions
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Compliance with HIPAA and privacy requirements
  • Compliance with OSHA and Springfield Clinic training requirements
