Remote Graphic Designer at Aptive Resources

Create print, digital, social, and event materials for Aptive Resources’ federal agency clients. Support CBP’s Trusted Traveler Program through accessible, multilingual campaign production.

Apraksts

  • Create campaign assets such as advertisements, infographics, icons, and social graphics for Instagram, X, and YouTube
  • Produce posters, brochures, flyers, fact sheets, and tear sheets with a cohesive visual identity
  • Build presentations and PowerPoint templates that adhere to established brand standards
  • Develop event and exhibit materials, including pop-up banners, booth graphics, and signage
  • Design informational and directional signage for printed and digital displays
  • Prepare production-ready files with preflight checks, bleeds, color profiles, and dielines, and coordinate vendor proofs
  • Maintain production specifications and track revisions through final approval
  • Adapt layouts for translated materials using Arabic, Hindi, Japanese, and Korean scripts
  • Develop advertising assets for digital, print, out-of-home, and broadcast channels
  • Apply brand standards while extending existing campaign creative
  • Create accessible PDFs and Office documents that meet Section 508 requirements
  • Organize and archive editable source files and production-ready assets for client delivery and future reuse
  • Present creative work to senior team members and stakeholders, incorporate feedback, and complete revisions on schedule
  • Share ideas during creative meetings and support the project team throughout campaign delivery

Prasības

  • At least four years of professional experience as a graphic or production designer in-house or at an agency
  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
  • Portfolio demonstrating both print production and social media work
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
  • Working knowledge of After Effects is advantageous
  • Practical experience preparing commercial print files, including large-format banners and signage
  • Experience producing graphics for social media and online publishing
  • Strong command of layout, typography, color theory, and brand systems
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly polished PowerPoint presentations
  • Ability to manage several small projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
  • Working knowledge of Section 508 accessibility requirements for PDFs and Office documents
  • Experience designing multilingual materials, particularly right-to-left or non-Latin scripts
  • Experience producing tradeshow, exhibit, or environmental graphics
  • Experience creating accessible PDFs with InDesign and Acrobat
  • Experience supporting federal government clients or public awareness campaigns
  • Experience developing data visualizations, infographics, and maps
  • Strong time management, creativity, problem-solving, and attention to detail
  • Ability to quickly understand complex topics and perform effectively in a fast-changing environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
