Apraksts

  • Set strategy, plan roadmaps, and lead technology deployments for digital imaging across digital pathology, radiology, and clinical imaging.
  • Build partnerships across pre-clinical sciences, translational safety, oncology, neuroscience, immunology, data sciences, molecular imaging, and other groups.
  • Identify promising opportunities for digital imaging platforms in pharmaceutical research and development.
  • Define success measures and deliver digital imaging platform capabilities.
  • Work across IT and influence technology leaders at the sector and enterprise levels.
  • Collaborate with the broader life sciences imaging community.
  • Guide technology for scheduling, communications, monitoring, reporting, alerts, deployment, orchestration, configuration management, infrastructure, reuse, and reproducibility.
  • Use cloud computing to deliver effective solutions.
  • Develop sustainable operating, processing, and resource models.
  • Assess and adopt containerization, serverless computing, accelerated AI, machine learning, deep learning, and agentic AI technologies.
  • Lead, develop, support, and motivate direct reports and the wider team.

Prasības

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, bioinformatics, computational science, or a related field plus at least 6 years of industry experience, or a relevant master’s degree plus at least 4 years of industry experience.
  • Ability to lead teams, programs, and projects, and apply business judgment to identify new opportunities.
  • Experience with AWS EC2 and S3.
  • Experience with Windows platforms.
  • Experience managing vendors.
  • Experience working with cross-functional and global teams.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Preferred: experience with visualization technologies and techniques.
  • Preferred: experience with Python, Java, C++, or a comparable complex programming language.
  • Preferred: experience with Linux platforms.
  • Preferred: familiarity with imaging technologies such as PACS or similar image management systems, and/or image analysis technologies.
  • Preferred: experience with Agile methods.
  • Bonus: experience using Chef for configuration management.
  • Bonus: experience with Docker, Singularity, Kubernetes, and AWS EKS.
