  • Strong work ethic and careful attention to detail
  • No specific legal experience is required; training is provided
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently in a high-volume setting
  • Strong organizational ability and attention to detail
  • Courtroom experience is preferred but not required
