Review debt collection claims, pleadings, and correspondence for Blitt & Gaines Law Offices. The role includes limited hearings and provides training.
Description
- Review new claims before demand letters are sent
- Review and approve pleadings before filing
- Attend hearings in selected venues
- Examine documents, including new claims, pleadings, and letters
Requirements
- Juris Doctor degree
- Admission to the Arkansas Bar
- Additional bar admission in Arizona, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Missouri, Tennessee, or Wisconsin is an advantage
- Strong work ethic and careful attention to detail
- No specific legal experience is required; training is provided
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a high-volume setting
- Strong organizational ability and attention to detail
- Courtroom experience is preferred but not required
