Apraksts

  • Help deliver strategic marketing plans for the European sub-region in line with EMEA and global priorities.
  • Plan and run marketing initiatives and campaigns across the European sub-region.
  • Coordinate campaign delivery, monitor KPIs, and assess results with EMEA and global teams.
  • Adapt and manage product and corporate messaging and marketing materials across channels.
  • Champion the brand and ensure content follows internal processes and brand guidelines.
  • Support consumer events and programs in compliance with regulations.
  • Coordinate the registration and approval of marketing collateral.
  • Help allocate budgets for special projects and campaigns, and track spending.
  • Maintain marketing tools and databases to support efficient document management.

Prasības

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business administration.
  • At least four years of experience in marketing, communications, or campaign marketing.
  • Experience in digital marketing, product lifecycle management, and international matrix organizations is an advantage.
  • Strong skills in brand development and content strategy.
  • Ability to coordinate integrated marketing campaigns and manage marketing channels.
  • Experience with content personalization and marketing performance management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong reporting and analytical skills.
  • Self-directed and proactive in identifying business needs and developing solutions.
  • Available for international travel, estimated at 25%.
  • Able and willing to work with people from diverse cultural backgrounds.
