Apraksts

  • Partner with product, design and engineering teams to simplify software and improve the user experience.
  • Design and build applications in a Scrum Agile environment, delivering small to medium features from technical design through completion.
  • Write, debug and review code; resolve development and production issues; and recommend solutions to systemic problems.
  • Design, develop and optimize in-app and role-based AI agents, secure semantic layers, agent training features and multi-agent protocols.
  • Lead the implementation of agentic frameworks such as LangGraph and LangChain with large language models to support Ask/Respond capabilities using enterprise data.
  • Build and maintain natural language interaction and retrieval-augmented generation systems.
  • Develop APIs for prompt engineering, parsing user input and identifying intent.
  • Build and maintain secure APIs, SDKs and database drivers for Oracle, CockroachDB, Snowflake and MongoDB.
  • Build and test AI agents and contribute to protocols for communication between agents.
  • Connect agents to external tools using protocols such as MCP and A2A.
  • Keep assigned Jira stories up to date and help plan the backlog.
  • Contribute to technical and user documentation.
  • Collaborate with business partners and engineering colleagues.

Prasības

  • Bachelor’s degree and 4 years of related experience, or a master’s degree and 3 years of related experience.
  • At least 3 years of Java and Spring expertise in full-stack development.
  • At least 3 years of experience with data platforms including MongoDB, Oracle, CockroachDB, Elasticsearch and Snowflake.
  • Strong Python skills and familiarity with Spring Data.
  • Experience building scalable REST APIs with Spring Boot and LangGraph, including secure API design, low latency and performance optimization.
  • Experience integrating Elasticsearch and building Apache Kafka microservices.
  • At least 3 years of Kubernetes experience for deployment and orchestration.
  • Strong understanding of AI concepts and practical implementation, security proficiency and some familiarity with API security protocols.
  • Thorough understanding of Agile and DevSecOps practices and tools.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, a positive and self-starting approach, and effective communication and time management.
  • Ability to work independently with guidance, collaborate as a team member, and support less experienced colleagues in a fast-paced environment.
  • Preferred: Familiarity with Oracle Cloud, AWS and Azure.
  • Preferred: Understanding of the licensing business.
  • Preferred: Java, database, cloud, AWS or AI/ML certifications are highly valued.
