Apraksts

  • Design and deploy LLM, RAG, agentic AI, and automation solutions in customers’ cloud or on-premises environments.
  • Assess use cases for feasibility, data readiness, cost, and limitations, then prioritize them by expected impact.
  • Coordinate with customer IT teams on interfaces, data connections, security, and operations.
  • Advise stakeholders from specialist teams to executives, and shape technically sound roadmaps.
  • Bring lessons from customer projects back into internal frameworks and products.
  • Lead project-based sessions for TÜV SÜD certificate training programs and provide AI business coaching.
  • Learn customer workflows and tailor standard products, including full-system integration where needed.
  • Make sure deployed AI solutions operate reliably in customer environments.

Prasības

  • A STEM degree, such as computer science, mathematics, physics, or engineering, or equivalent technical experience.
  • Independent design and implementation of at least one AI system, such as a RAG pipeline, production-grade agent, or automation solution, with technical ownership.
  • Strong technical knowledge of LLMs, retrieval, agentic AI, and cloud and on-premises deployment, including their limitations.
  • Coding ability, for example in Python, along with experience using APIs and integrating data.
  • At least three years of professional experience in technical implementation.
  • Customer-facing or consulting experience is an advantage.
  • Able to explain technology clearly; workshop, presentation, or live-session experience is preferred.
  • Fluent German.
  • Good command of English.
  • Currently based in Germany.
  • Willing to present an AI project you implemented yourself in the second interview.
