Financial Analyst II - Hybrid Burlington, NC

Support Labcorp’s healthcare revenue cycle and subsidiary billing operations as a Financial Analyst II. Prepare reports, forecasts, reconciliations, and financial models in a hybrid North Carolina role.

Apraksts

  • Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
  • Contribute to budgeting and forecasting activities
  • Perform variance analysis and explain significant drivers and deviations
  • Support month-end and year-end close, including reconciliations and accruals
  • Work with Operations and other teams to collect and interpret financial data
  • Evaluate revenue cycle finances, including accounts receivable, revenue, and allowances
  • Build and maintain financial models for business initiatives and decision-making
  • Spot trends and deliver insights for management reports and presentations
  • Help improve and automate financial reporting processes
  • Maintain compliance with internal controls, policies, and financial standards while supporting audits

Prasības

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
  • At least two years of experience in financial analysis, healthcare finance, revenue cycle management, or a related area
  • Working knowledge of GAAP and accounting principles
  • Experience with financial planning tools and ERP systems such as PeopleSoft, Oracle Financials, Hyperion, or Essbase/SmartView
  • Experience with healthcare revenue cycle systems such as Xifin or similar billing platforms
  • Exposure to healthcare billing, coding, or insurance reimbursement processes
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and financial modeling skills
  • Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail
  • Strong organization and time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills, including presenting insights
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, changing environment
