Engineering Financial Analyst – Hybrid in Huntsville
Support RTX aerospace and defense programs through earned value management, forecasting, budgeting, and cost and schedule reporting.
Apraksts
- Provide monthly Earned Value Management inputs, reporting, and analysis for Engineering Product Team Leads, Control Account Managers, and program leads.
- Prepare monthly Budget Change Requests (BCRs).
- Coordinate Estimates at Complete (EAC) and Latest Revised Estimate (LRE) inputs.
- Work with engineering and program leads on EVMS inputs, EAC/LRE development, monthly variance reporting, and weekly cost and labor-run analysis.
- Manage cost control and schedule performance using APEX/SAP EV, IMS, and PMX reporting tools.
- Conduct financial, earned-value, cost, and schedule analyses.
- Develop reports that support predictable cost and schedule performance.
- Produce quarterly EACs and monthly LREs.
- Analyze budget baselines, schedules, and EAC positions in detail.
- Prepare forecasts, track actual costs, and document variances against plans and forecasts.
Prasības
- A university degree or equivalent experience.
- At least two years of relevant prior experience.
- Experience with SAP, APEX, or a similar business system.
- Experience with Microsoft Office.
- Proficiency navigating Excel.
- U.S. citizenship is required because only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program or contract.
- Ability to work in a hybrid onsite and remote arrangement.
- Ability to commute to the assigned site; relocation assistance is not provided.
