CNC Field Service Technician
Repair and maintain Haas CNC machine tools for Morris Group, a North American machine-tool distributor. Work from home and travel throughout a regional territory to customer facilities.

- Travel to customer sites to install, repair, and maintain machine tools and controls
- Diagnose and repair CNC equipment using mechanical and electrical skills
- Research machine issues using online technical documents, manuals, and vendor resources
- Accurately document machine issues, repairs, and installation status for the office and customers
- Promote and perform preventive maintenance on customer machine tools
- Provide after-sales technical support and training
- Maintain detailed knowledge of the machine-tool industry and the product lines represented by the company
- Carry out other related duties as assigned
- Report to the Service Manager
- Dispatch from home each day to customer sites
Prasības
- Mechanical or electrical repair or engineering experience is preferred
- CNC repair experience is a plus
- Ability to read and interpret drawings and schematics
- Experience with Microsoft Office or similar software is a plus
- Ability to use a laptop, smartphone, and various software applications
- Strong technical, communication, and presentation skills
- Ability to regularly lift 40–50 pounds
- Ability to meet physical demands including moving, bending, twisting, stooping, reaching, lifting, and frequent use of hands and arms
- Flexible availability
- Frequent travel and driving across a regional territory
- Ability to work responsibly and professionally at changing job sites
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, crouch, climb, and reach for extended periods
- Ability to work in confined spaces or awkward positions
- Strong hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills
- Ability to work in industrial settings with noise, lubricants, coolants, metal chips, and other manufacturing conditions
- Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) consistently
