Apraksts

  • Review documentation with Quality Management and Application Support before training and go-live
  • Evaluate whether Vivendi PD/NG or MediFox DAN for inpatient care works with voize, including area assignments, care planning, and report categories
  • Find practical solutions for incompatible system configurations
  • Suggest ways to simplify everyday care workflows
  • Configure nursing requirements such as SIS, care planning, vital signs, and medication
  • Identify whether issues stem from system settings, customer processes, or the voize product
  • Share findings with Customer Success, Support, and Product
  • Support customer implementations remotely and, when needed, on site through and after go-live
  • Coordinate closely with the assigned Customer Success Manager
  • Develop playbooks, checklists, Help Center articles, and internal training materials for Vivendi and MediFox

Prasības

  • Several years of extensive experience using Vivendi PD/NG or MediFox DAN for inpatient care
  • Detailed knowledge of the features and configuration options in these systems
  • A professional nursing background or substantial experience with care documentation in residential elder care
  • Knowledge of the structural model, SIS, care planning, and requirements arising from MD inspections
  • Ability to reason about settings, dependencies, and root causes, and to analyze problems for lasting solutions
  • Ability to explain complex topics clearly to Quality Management leads, care staff, and IT teams
  • Enjoyment of structured, consultative work and readiness to make clear recommendations
  • Fluent German
  • English skills are a plus for internal collaboration
  • Willingness to travel for on-site appointments
  • Valid work authorization for Germany; visa or work permit support is not provided
  • English CV required
  • English proficiency of at least B2 for internal communication and meetings
