Apraksts

  • Coordinate work assignments for warehouse staff, material handlers, and drivers
  • Prepare work orders, investigate order issues, and resolve discrepancies
  • Assign and release orders for loading and unloading
  • Allocate and research inventory for customer orders
  • Record inbound and outbound freight information in the Warehouse Management System (WMS)
  • Prepare bills of lading (BOLs)
  • Maintain and produce required reports
  • Process, review, and file operational documents
  • Help managers and supervisors coordinate warehouse tasks, including inventory, packing slips, reports, and customer orders

Prasības

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Communicate effectively with carriers, customers, coworkers, and management
  • Multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced setting
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Work a flexible schedule when needed
  • One year of customer service experience
  • Six months of warehouse experience
  • A pre-employment drug test may be required after a conditional offer
  • Follow GXO’s COVID safety policies and applicable CDC, OSHA, state, and local requirements
