Aprašymas

  • Manage production logistics from pre-production through shoot and wrap once projects are scoped.
  • Create and manage budgets, compare actual costs with estimates, and flag potential overruns early.
  • Book and oversee crews, talent, locations, equipment, and vendors, primarily in New York.
  • Handle casting as needed, including finding talent and managing agreements and releases.
  • Manage permits, insurance certificates, location agreements, and related production paperwork.
  • Prepare and update call sheets, shooting schedules, and run-of-show documents as plans change.
  • Lead on-set operations, keep schedules and teams on track, and resolve issues during shoot days.
  • Work with creative directors and directors to turn approved project scopes into shoots.

Reikalavimai

  • Must be based in the Bay Area.
  • At least three years of production or line producing experience at a production company, agency, studio, or in-house creative team.
  • Strong background managing budgets, schedules, and production logistics.
  • Experience booking crew, cast, locations, vendors, and rentals.
  • Highly organized with careful attention to detail.
  • Calm, proactive, and dependable under pressure.
  • Clear communicator who works effectively with clients and teams.
  • Collaborative team member who takes ownership and follows through.
  • Able to work late nights and weekends as needed; the role does not follow a standard 9-to-5 schedule.
  • Portfolio website URL required.
  • LinkedIn profile URL required.
  • Must answer the employment visa sponsorship question.
