Spanish Bilingual Personal Injury Pre-Litigation Case Manager
Manage personal injury cases through pre-litigation for EvenUp’s AI-powered legal platform. Coordinate claims, records, liens, treatment, demands, and client communication in a remote U.S. role.

- Open insurance claims and coordinate with adjusters and carriers.
- Request and organize medical records, bills, and police reports.
- Track treatment progress and outcomes.
- Identify and resolve lien and subrogation issues.
- Work with lead paralegals to prepare accurate, complete demand files.
- Guide clients through pre-litigation with daily communication.
- Track case timelines and meet key milestones.
- Find and address workflow inefficiencies to improve speed and accuracy.
- Maintain strong documentation, file integrity, and communication standards.
- Manage cases from claim initiation through records collection, client care, demand preparation, lien resolution, and completion.
Reikalavimai
- Bring at least three years of experience in personal injury legal operations, case management, or insurance claims.
- Be detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated.
- Work effectively in fast-paced, high-volume environments.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, medical providers, attorneys, and insurers.
