Service Technician, Automated Doors
Maintain, repair, and upgrade automated pedestrian doors for ASSA ABLOY at customer sites. Troubleshoot electrical and electromechanical faults and support customers across healthcare, transportation, and retail.
Aprašymas
- Carry out scheduled maintenance, repairs, and upgrades on automated pedestrian doors at customer sites.
- Diagnose electromechanical equipment, electrical circuits, and relay logic faults.
- Handle aluminum frames, glazing materials, hardware, and low-voltage wiring.
- Communicate professionally with customers, end users, and contractors.
- Join on-call rotations after completing certification and training.
- Provide dependable door service and work to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Serve customers in healthcare, transportation, and retail.
Reikalavimai
- Mechanical aptitude and experience repairing electromechanical equipment.
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Must obtain AAADM certification within 12 months of employment and maintain it as required.
- Knowledge of basic electrical circuits and low-voltage (120V) wiring.
- Access control systems experience is a plus.
- Glazing, storefront, aluminum frame, and hardware experience is preferred.
- Valid driver’s license and a good driving record.
- Able to lift, bend, and use power tools effectively.
- Able to occasionally lift, position, and install door components weighing up to 110 pounds using lifting aids, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Able to climb ladders, kneel, drive, and work in various positions as needed.
