Aprašymas

  • Plan and deliver client engagements from planning and fieldwork through reporting.
  • Lead staff teams under manager supervision and communicate engagement progress and issues to clients and colleagues.
  • Track assigned work, resolve questions and document requests, and meet deadlines.
  • Prepare complex workpapers.
  • Coordinate analysis and communication with engagement teams and client personnel.
  • Learn client processes, assess control design and operating effectiveness, and identify exceptions and improvement opportunities.
  • Create and update process flowcharts, control risk matrices, and control descriptions.
  • Support management risk assessments, scoping, and control design for SOX implementation projects.
  • Prepare presentation materials for client management meetings.
  • Research client, industry, and technical issues.
  • Follow the firm’s quality control policies.
  • Test complex areas, review staff workpapers, and provide constructive feedback.
  • Coach team members and clients on documentation, information produced by the entity (IPE), and related topics.
  • Build expertise in SOX, internal audit, IT general controls, and applicable accounting standards while developing leadership skills.

Reikalavimai

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
  • At least two years of experience in public accounting or corporate internal audit.
  • Understanding of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act, COSO, internal audit, GAAP, and GAAS.
  • Experience supervising professional staff.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Careful attention to detail and ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat Engagement.
  • Pursuit of or progress toward a relevant professional credential, such as CPA or CIA.
  • Preferred: Master’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
  • Preferred: Experience serving semiconductor clients.
  • Preferred: Experience in software, technology, or manufacturing industries.
