- Lead product features from problem discovery through design delivery and implementation support.
- Build user flows, wireframes, polished screens, and interactive prototypes in Figma.
- Design straightforward interfaces for complex sales workflows, including pipelines, tables, and dashboards.
- Develop the mobile experience by adapting responsive web designs and complex interfaces for smaller screens.
- Run lightweight user research and usability tests to validate concepts and refine designs.
- Improve the design system with reusable components and interaction patterns.
- Work with developers to clarify design intent, resolve implementation questions, and maintain the quality of released features.
Reikalavimai
- Bring 3–5 years of product design experience, ideally with B2B SaaS products.
- Showcase shipped work in a portfolio, including your process, decisions, and personal contribution.
- Demonstrate strong interaction and visual design skills, especially for complex, data-heavy interfaces.
- Use Figma proficiently, including its prototyping and reusable component features.
- Have experience using and contributing to design systems.
- Be comfortable owning features and working independently.
- Communicate clearly and collaborate effectively with developers.
- Be fluent in English.
