  • Support IT Governance with analytics initiatives that promote a data-driven culture
  • Convert data from diverse sources into high-performance executive, tactical, and operational dashboards
  • Build executive, tactical, and operational dashboards optimized for performance
  • Integrate and organize data from APIs, SQL Server, Data Lakes, and other sources
  • Establish KPIs and metrics that reflect business objectives
  • Apply UX/UI best practices to data visualization
  • Maintain BI governance, security, and documentation standards

Reikalavimai

  • At least five years of substantial Microsoft Power BI experience, including executive, tactical, and operational dashboard development
  • Advanced proficiency in DAX and dimensional modeling
  • Strong SQL skills for working with large data volumes
  • Hands-on experience with Power Query (M) and ETL workflows
  • Bring a completed Power BI P&L dashboard demonstration to the interview
  • Microsoft PL-300 Power BI Data Analyst certification is an advantage
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric or Azure Synapse is an advantage
  • Experience with Power Automate or other process automation platforms is an advantage
  • Communicate clearly when translating data insights into decisions for non-technical audiences
  • Demonstrate a strong commitment to BI governance, security, and documentation
  • Work collaboratively with governance teams and business functions to establish metrics
