Aprašymas

  • Own technical delivery of .NET applications from design and development through testing, release, and production readiness
  • Lead four to five engineers by assigning work, reviewing code and designs, clearing blockers, and maintaining delivery quality
  • Build applications hands-on with C# and .NET, including ASP.NET Core, Web API, microservices, and service integrations
  • Lead migrations of legacy .NET Framework applications to .NET Core or modern .NET
  • Use LLM-based development tools such as GitHub Copilot and Claude Code throughout the development lifecycle
  • Build and operate CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps
  • Set and uphold engineering standards for branching, pull requests, code reviews, testing, static analysis, and security scanning
  • Design and optimise data access with SQL Server or Azure SQL and Entity Framework Core
  • Coordinate with cloud and platform teams on Azure deployment architecture, including App Service, Functions, containers, AKS, Key Vault, configuration, and secrets
  • Investigate performance, reliability, and production issues, then drive fixes that address their root causes
  • Lead technical design discussions with architects, business analysts, and client technical stakeholders
  • Plan and estimate work with the project manager, and report technical progress and risks
  • Mentor engineers in .NET, engineering practices, and AI-assisted development; support hiring and technical interviews
  • Add reusable components, templates, pipeline accelerators, and reference implementations to the practice IP library
  • Support presales with technical approaches, effort estimates, and client technical discussions

Reikalavimai

  • Bring 8–10 years of application development experience, with a substantial recent focus on Microsoft .NET
  • Have deep hands-on expertise in C#, .NET Framework, and .NET Core or modern .NET, including ASP.NET Core, Web API, dependency injection, asynchronous programming, and design patterns
  • Have proven experience migrating .NET Framework applications to .NET Core or modern .NET
  • Have used LLM-based coding tools such as GitHub Copilot or Claude Code in real project delivery
  • Have experience leading a four-to-five-person engineering team on delivery
  • Be skilled in Azure DevOps, including multi-stage YAML pipelines, build and release pipelines, environments, approvals, artifact management, and continuous delivery
  • Use Git effectively, including branching strategies, pull requests, and meaningful code reviews
  • Have a strong grounding in SQL Server or Azure SQL and Entity Framework Core, including performance tuning
  • Have experience designing and consuming REST APIs and integrating with external systems
  • Have working knowledge of Azure application services, including App Service, Functions, Key Vault, storage, and application monitoring
  • Have experience with automated testing
  • Communicate effectively in technical discussions with client stakeholders and explain technical risks in plain language
  • Be based in Bengaluru or Delhi NCR, or be willing to relocate
